Acceptance
By using Nova Music, you agree to these terms.
Use of Service
You agree to use the website and services only for lawful purposes.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Payments
Paid features may require a valid payment method and are subject to recurring billing unless an offer or invoice says otherwise. Nova Music subscriptions are processed by Stripe.
Pro Subscription Billing
Nova Music Pro is available as a monthly subscription or an annual subscription. The standard public Pro pricing is $10/month or $100/year. The annual option is a lower yearly price compared with paying monthly for twelve months.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage your subscription through the Stripe-hosted billing portal made available from your Nova Music account settings.
If you switch from monthly Pro to annual Pro, the change takes effect immediately. Stripe credits the unused portion of your current monthly billing period, applies that credit to the annual subscription, and invoices the remaining annual amount at the time of the switch.
If you switch from annual Pro to monthly Pro, the change is scheduled for the end of your current paid annual period. You keep annual Pro access through the end of that period, then your subscription changes to monthly billing. Nova Music does not provide an automatic prorated refund or account credit simply because you schedule an annual-to-monthly change before the annual term ends.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a paid Nova Music subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until that period ends.
Canceling a monthly subscription does not automatically refund the current month. Canceling an annual subscription does not automatically refund the unused portion of the annual period. Refunds may be provided where required by law or at Nova Music's discretion.
Promotional Offers
Promotional offers, coupons, trials, or campaign pricing are governed by the terms shown with that offer. Unless an offer explicitly says otherwise, promotional pricing applies only to the billing interval shown in the offer, does not combine with annual Pro pricing, and does not stack with other promotions.
Intellectual Property
Nova Music content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent allowed by law.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated version.
